Yes. Our Cultivation Director brings nearly two decades of experience in cannabis cultivation, with proven success in optimizing grow operations, enhancing production quality, and scaling manufacturing processes for efficiency and compliance.

  • Scope of Work: We can manage cultivation processes, advise on facility operations, and assist with scaling strategies in line with regulatory and quality standards.

  • Travel: Available to work anywhere in the U.S. or internationally.

  • Requirements: Room and travel expenses must be covered by the client and included in the service agreement.

  • Note: We cannot provide formal teaching or training services, our role is operational leadership and process management.

While our background is rooted in fashion, beauty and textiles, and we have deep expertise in cannabis cultivation, we also collaborate with beauty, retail, and lifestyle brands. Our sustainability and operational frameworks are adaptable across industries.
